For just $500, we'll provide you with a site plan that includes property lines, primary structure, roofline, lot dimensions, north arrow, scale, measurements between major features, and parcel ID.

If you're looking for something more detailed, our Basic CAD file and 2D floor plan package may be the right choice for you. This package includes a dimensioned floor plan in PDF format, quantity and dimensions of walls, doors, openings, windows, etc., ceiling and window sill heights, square footage of floors, walls, and countertops, linear wall length, measurement report with key dimensions extracted from a scan, delivery of report in as little as one day via email in PDF, option to order editable CAD/BIM files in various formats, and savings on estimating/takeoffs, sales/bidding, and permitting. This package is ideal for single-family homes up to 2,300 sq ft and costs $1,169.

For those who want to see their design come to life in 3D, we offer a Starter 3D Visualization Package for just $500. This package includes two to three high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings, basic lighting techniques to accurately represent the design, basic material options to represent the different surfaces, a limited number of revisions that reflect your design intent, and delivery of the renderings in a digital format, such as JPEG or PNG.

If you're ready to start construction, our Basic Building Plans package is a must-have. For $500, we'll provide you with detailed drawings of floor plan layouts (walls, doors, etc.), elevations of the exterior of the building, detailed drawings that show a cross-section of the building, detailed drawings of specific building components, and lists of materials and products used in the construction process.

We also offer Title 24 Compliance services for projects under 4000 square feet. For $735, we'll provide you with a detailed Title 24 Compliance Report, energy modeling and calculations for compliance, coordination with the project team as needed to ensure compliance, review of building plans and specifications for compliance, selection of appropriate building materials and systems to achieve compliance, professional certification and stamp on the Title 24 report, and a valid report for 7 days.

Finally, we offer Project Management for Permitting for just $500. This package includes initial consultation with the client to discuss the project, researching and identifying all required permits and approvals, developing a project timeline and identifying key milestones, preparing and submitting permit applications, coordinating with city or county officials for questions, facilitating communication between the client and officials, providing regular updates to the client on the status, addressing any issues that arise during the process, and ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. This package is valid for 3 months.
